By creating an account or using ChaosBench, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

ChaosBench is a practice tool for system design interviews. It generates architecture scenarios and AI-driven feedback using large language models. Scores, critiques, and feedback are AI-generated opinions for practice purposes — they are not a certified evaluation of your engineering ability, and should not be relied on as professional, career, or hiring advice.

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Sign in is handled entirely through Google or GitHub OAuth — we never see or store your password for either provider.

ChaosBench offers optional paid Pro plans (Monthly, Season Pass, and Yearly), billed in INR through Razorpay. Full billing, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Don't attempt to extract, scrape, or abuse the AI evaluation endpoints beyond normal practice use.
• Don't submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content through the chat panel.
• Don't attempt to bypass authentication or access another user's sessions.

You retain ownership of the architecture diagrams and prompts you submit. You grant us a license to process that content (including sending it to our AI providers) solely to operate the service. We may use anonymized, aggregate data (e.g. "X% of Senior-track sessions include a load balancer") to improve the product.

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on scores or feedback from this tool, including interview or career outcomes.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ChaosBench are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
